Most Chicago high schools hold prom on Saturday nights between mid-April and early June. With ~250 high schools in Chicagoland and most kids wanting limos for prom, the supply runs out 6-12 weeks before peak Saturdays.

Typical Prom Night Schedule
- 5:00-5:30 PM, pickup at first parent's house (group of 8-12 typically)
- 5:30-6:00 PM, additional pickups (consolidate to one or two locations)
- 6:00 PM, group photos at one parent's house
- 6:30-7:30 PM, dinner stop (typical: Maggiano's, Big Bowl, restaurant pre-booked by group)
- 8:00 PM, prom venue arrival
- 11:00-12:00 AM, pickup post-prom

What Parents Need to Know
