We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for sedans and SUVs, and 2-4 weeks ahead for stretch limos, party buses, and wedding packages. Same-day bookings are available based on fleet availability.

Cancellation is free 3+ days before pickup for sedans and SUVs; 24 hours–3 days out, a 50% charge applies; within 24 hours or no-show, the full fare applies. Larger vehicles and weddings have longer windows, see our Cancellation Policy. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Absolutely. We handle groups from 1 to 45 passengers. For large events, we coordinate multiple vehicles with a dedicated dispatcher.

Yes. Monarch Fleet provides complimentary rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and booster seats. Request your preferred type when booking and we'll have it installed before pickup.

Absolutely. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in all vehicles. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in stretch limos and party buses. We just ask that you avoid red wine on light leather.

Your chauffeur tracks your flight and arrives before you land. For Terminal 1-3, meet at the lower-level arrivals curb. For Terminal 5 (international), meet at Door 5E. You'll receive a text with your driver's name, photo, and exact location.

Airport transfers are flat-fare based on distance. Hourly charters have per-hour rates with vehicle-specific minimums (typically 2-3 hours).

Checkout adds a 2% administration fee and a 5% card processing fee to the base fare, shown as separate line items before you pay, on top of gratuity. Every fee is itemized in the total before you confirm and pay, no surprise charges after booking.

Never. Unlike rideshare apps, our rates are locked when you book. No surprises on holidays or during events.

Yes. Corporate accounts include net-30 invoicing, online booking portal, usage reports, and volume discounts starting at 15% off.

Standard bookings are secured with a 40% deposit (or pay in full, your choice) at booking; the balance is charged no later than 72 hours before pickup. Wedding and event packages are secured with a deposit and a signed event contract, see our Cancellation Policy for the full schedule.

Industry standard is 15-20% of the total fare. Many clients tip $20-$50 for airport transfers and 20% for hourly charters. Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates unless specified for corporate accounts.

Yes. Illinois law allows passengers to consume alcohol in a chauffeured limousine. We provide glassware and ice in all stretch limos and party buses. The driver never consumes alcohol.

Smoking is not permitted in any Monarch Fleet vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping. A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.

Book a sedan transfer. Our Lincoln Continental starts at $120 to Midway and $120 to O'Hare. For events, split an SUV or Sprinter van with your group to lower the per-person cost. Weekday rates are also lower than weekends.
